This small business pharmacy will forever have my business as long as they remain open! The quality of service and treatment of their customers are so great that I’m willing to pay higher prices for my medications rather than change pharmacy’s !!!! They know their customers without even looking in their system and I would recommend everyone to come to this pharmacy for their medication needs!

Batavia Community Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in the area. Mr. Patel and his staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and above all knowledgeable. Many times, my family has had questions regarding medication either over the counter or prescription and all employes are quick to find an answer. When my daughter was traveling to Costa Rica, Mr. Patel informed us of the correct way to take a prescription. Without his assistance my daughter's health would have been at risk. The staff have gone above and beyond when my college age children have needed to transfer a prescription. I have never experienced a problem with a refill, medication availability or communication. They are the absolute best!

Had an important prescription for my son that I couldn't find in stock anywhere - have been waiting almost a month at my normal pharmacy and we were going to be out.Gentleman I talked to was incredibly kind and helpful. They got it transferred over to them, ready to fill & called me back within an hour!Very impressed and incredibly grateful.
